Overview

The IFA Interview Platform is a live AI interview system built for Impact Factory’s accelerator programme, running at ifa-interview.app. Candidates apply through an application tool, the Bewerbungstool, and are then taken through an AI-run interview. The interview results are captured and made available to the programme team so they can review candidates consistently. The platform is multi-tenant and includes test-tenant instances for safe iteration. It is sovereign and EU-hosted, keeping candidate data within a compliant boundary. Together, the application tool and AI interview give the accelerator a repeatable, scalable way to run its intake.
