Kanzlei-Agenten

Overview

Kanzlei-Agenten is a pair of production agents built for an anonymised tax firm. The first is a post and e-mail intake agent that reads incoming official notices and correspondence, classifies them, and routes them to the right place, triaging roughly thirty-five documents a day. The second is an onboarding agent that runs the new-client process end to end. Both agents plug into the firm’s existing Microsoft environment, including Teams and Outlook, and its DATEV-based tax software, with no rip-and-replace of the tools the team already relies on. Anything that touches a client’s file goes through human review before it is finalised. The result is a practice that moves faster on routine document handling while keeping people in control of the decisions that matter.
