It runs at *.sportsxlab.com under a per-club tenant model, so every club operates in its own space while sharing the same underlying platform. The first club is live. SportsXLab also ships with its own QA tooling, a “bugpilot” that helps keep quality high as the platform scales across tenants. The engagement is structured as an equity-and-partnership arrangement rather than a standard build.
